Yeah, I followed their builds kind of religiously starting out, but I have noticed that there are situations where the builds just make zero sense, especially with the party members. There's entire builds that are basically ignoring what the character is intended to actually DO and they are trying to force them to do something totally different.

Dueling sword is a perfectly fine weapon for a dex build, since it's an exotic there's not a ton of dueling swords in the game, but there's a few pretty good ones. For stats I'd go 9/19/14/16/10/8.
